NATIONAL AND INERNATIONAL RIDING CHAMPIONSHIP FOR ARABIAN HORSES

JANÓW PODLASKI (PL), 22.-23.6.2013

Janów Podlaski Stud, Janów Podlaski Equestrian Club and Polish Arabian Horse Breeders Association invite for the 5th Polish National Sport Championships & International Riding Championship for Arabian Horse, held on June 22-23rd, 2013 at Janów Podlaski.
 

The championships will consist of riding competition with Dressage, Show Jumping, Classic Pleasure, Western Pleasure, Native Costume, Polish Historical Costume, Hunter Pleasure, Endurance, western competitions (Pole Bending, Barrel Racing, Trail, Western Horsemanship, Reining, Freestyle Reining), Ladies Side Saddle and Type & Conformation.

INTERNATIONAL DC COURSE NORWAY

ECAHO in cooperation with Tommy Husebye is organizing the International DC course, held in Fredrikstad, 28.-30.6.2013.

The course will be held directly in the riding centre (theoretical and practical part) on the occasion of Norwegian National and International Show.

The deadline for applications is on 3rd June 2013 (same as the deadline for entries to the show). If there is not enough entries for the show, the DC course will be cancelled!

JUDGES COURSE LEVEL II + LEVEL III, RINGMASTER COURSE - Janów Podlaski 6.-7.4.2013

The first April weekend was devoted to important ECAHO courses - traditional Judges course Level II + III and totally new Ringmasters course that was organized for the first time this year. There were 20 applicants for Judges courses and 6 for Ringmasters courses, at the end 23 people arrived.

Judges and Ringmasters underwent the theoretical as well as practical lessons and also difficult tests. Although the weather was really like in the middle of the winter with lot of snow and frost, the atmosphere was very warm and friendly.

Nearly 80 % of the participants were sucessful! After fulfilling of all requirments given by the Blue Book we can expect several new judges among our officials and also new A judges on the list.

HANDLERS PERMITS 2013

Dear handlers, as you were informed, since 2013 the new system of Handler´s permits was developed. 

All handlers are required to fill in the new application form (available in Download office) - including handlers who got their permit before

31.12.2012!! 

All handlers with permits issued before 31.12.2012 can have their permits changed for the new ones upon request for the extra price 15 €. Newly registered

handlers can choose - yearly permit (20 €) or lifetime permit (100 €). You can download the information letter HERE. 

In order to give handlers more time to apply for new permit it was decided that the Handler´s permits issued before 31.12.2012 will remain valid untill 31.5.2013.  

After this date no handler with invalid permit will be allowed to participate at the show (A and Title).

PLATINUM CHAMPION 2012 - DAKHARO

Due to several questions about the Platinum Title which has  been awarded during the 2012 World Arabian Horse Championship in Paris we would like to make following declaration:

The above mentioned title has not yet been officially approved by ECAHO and was promulgated by Organizer of the show. Therefore the winner of this title, stallion Dakharo (KSA), was not listed in official Championship result on the website of ECAHO.

However, the winner of this title followed all official rules of ECAHO and won the II. qualifying class of Senior Stallions section with the score of 93,67 points. In the final Championship he was unanimously chosen by all judges as the winner of World Platinum Champion Male medal.
