At its meeting on 25 September 2025 in Aachen, the Executive Committee of ECAHO reviewed two cases concerning recent shows:
Azez Arabian Show (22–25 August 2025):
Due to serious violations of ECAHO rules, including failure to
communicate reclassification of the event to exhibitors, the
organiser has been banned from organising any ECAHO-affiliated events for
two years.
Manda Arabian Horse Show (9–14 July 2025):
Following a serious safety incident involving a judge, the
organiser has been banned from organising any ECAHO-affiliated events for
three years.
These measures have been taken to protect the integrity of ECAHO events and to ensure the safety and fair treatment of officials, exhibitors, and participants.

Dear Delegates, In light of the recent situation in the Gulf region and the Middle East, the Executive Committee has been closely monitoring developments that may affect the travel and safety of our Members. Due to the ongoing uncertainty regarding travel possibilities for many of our delegates, the Executive Committee has decided, after careful consideration, to shift the dates of the Annual General Meeting.

The Executive Committee has decided to align the validity of the current “walk-in” rule with that of the new Blue Book 2026.

Please be aware that the Show Commission approved very important change of the rules (RCS, art. 22) - with effect since 1.1.2026 all horses at the shows must enter the ring in WALK ONLY.
