We are deeply saddened to learn of the death of the President of the United Arab Emirates, His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan. He was a true visionary leader and guided the UAE into the future.

The Executive Committee has decided to align the validity of the current “walk-in” rule with that of the new Blue Book 2026.
