With regards to the general health situation and after careful
consideration, the Executive Committee accepted the following decisions:
EOGM 2020
The Extraordinary General Meeting was planned to be held in Paris before the World Championships. This EOGM will be held in correspondence way.
AGM 2021
The Annual General Meeting is usually held at the end of February/beginning of March. Because the situation with travelling and gathering of people is now restricted and the development is unpredictable, the Executive Committee decided to postpone the AGM to later date (possibly end of spring) to enable all of you attend the meeting. The EC will reconsider the possibilities during January, all delegates will be informed in time.

The Executive Committee has decided to align the validity of the current “walk-in” rule with that of the new Blue Book 2026.

Please be aware that the Show Commission approved very important change of the rules (RCS, art. 22) - with effect since 1.1.2026 all horses at the shows must enter the ring in WALK ONLY.

Please be informed that the Breeders´ Arabian Horse Show (2.-4.11.2025), Kiryat Yam Haifa, organized by Walaa Ashkar has been affiliated to ECAHO.

The ECAHO Executive Committee, further to its announcement of 6 October 2025 on shows in Israel (https://www.ecaho.org/news/announcement-from-the-ecaho-executive-committee-shows-in-israel), has decided not to support any non-affiliated events in the country of Israel organized from this point forward.
