Dear Delegates,
In light of the recent situation in the Gulf region and the Middle East, the Executive Committee has been closely monitoring developments that may affect the travel and safety of our Members. Due to the ongoing uncertainty regarding travel possibilities for many of our delegates, the Executive Committee has decided, after careful consideration, to shift the dates of the Annual General Meeting.
The AGM will now take place from 15–17 May 2026, instead
of the previously scheduled dates of 10–12 April. Please be
advised that the venue, hotel, and all other arrangements remain
exactly the same. We understand that this change may impact
existing travel plans; therefore, delegates who have already
booked their tickets and do not have the possibility to rebook or
cancel them should contact the ECAHO Office for assistance.
The Executive Committee will continue to observe the situation
diligently to ensure that all delegates can attend the meeting in
person safely. We thank you for your understanding and your
continued dedication to ECAHO, and we look forward to seeing you
in May.

The Executive Committee has decided to align the validity of the current “walk-in” rule with that of the new Blue Book 2026.

Please be aware that the Show Commission approved very important change of the rules (RCS, art. 22) - with effect since 1.1.2026 all horses at the shows must enter the ring in WALK ONLY.
