Dr. Nasr Marei resigned from his position of ECAHO Executive Committee member by 28.9.2017 due to health issues. The whole EC understands his decision, however, he will be missed as valuable EC member. All EC members wish Dr. Marei quick recovery!

Dear Delegates, In light of the recent situation in the Gulf region and the Middle East, the Executive Committee has been closely monitoring developments that may affect the travel and safety of our Members. Due to the ongoing uncertainty regarding travel possibilities for many of our delegates, the Executive Committee has decided, after careful consideration, to shift the dates of the Annual General Meeting.

The Executive Committee has decided to align the validity of the current “walk-in” rule with that of the new Blue Book 2026.

Please be aware that the Show Commission approved very important change of the rules (RCS, art. 22) - with effect since 1.1.2026 all horses at the shows must enter the ring in WALK ONLY.
