The Executive Committee discussed the possibilities to organize the Annual General Meeting several times and finally decided to organize it on 4 - 5 September 2021, in Brussels. The EC will carefully follow the pandemic situation and development. If the situation does not allow to organize the meeting in person, it will be organized on-line.

Dear Delegates, In light of the recent situation in the Gulf region and the Middle East, the Executive Committee has been closely monitoring developments that may affect the travel and safety of our Members. Due to the ongoing uncertainty regarding travel possibilities for many of our delegates, the Executive Committee has decided, after careful consideration, to shift the dates of the Annual General Meeting.
